GLY+ Glycolic Peels
Glycolic Acid is a superficial peeling agent that is made from sugar cane. It is often considered the most active and beneficial of the Alpha-Hydroxy-Acids (AHA). With repetitive and continuous use, improvement to skin tone and texture occurs.
Once inside the skin’s cell, glycolic acid will serve as a catalyst for the formation of new collagen which will reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the skin’s surface.
GLY+ 17.5% Take Home Peel
Cynergy’s 17.5% Take-Home Peels (1.6 pH) are a gradual approach to removing dull and lifeless skin, which leaves your skin with a refreshed and glowing appearance.
Each pad is individually sealed in its own package to ensure that pads remain saturated during storage. In addition to use for facial care, the pad’s generous 9” x 7” size also makes this product perfect for other parts of the body (arms, back, chest, neck, etc.)

Directions: Apply once a week for six weeks, and then pause for one month. Leave on face 1 to 7 minutes depending on your skin care specialist’s recommendations. Rinse area with water at any sign of redness or discomfort. If uncomfortable irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your skin care specialist. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. Do not rub into skin. If contact occurs in eye, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Have patient begin using 17.5% Out-patient peel two (2) weeks before their first professional GLY+ in-office peel to acclimate skin to glycolic stimulation. Have the patient continue peeling at home once a week between office-visits. *Note: Every patient will react differently to glycolic stimulation; a medical professional should evaluate patient’s skin to determine length of time and pH level that can be tolerated.
